Delivery
For all orders below £500 our delivery charge is £25.
Free Standard Delivery with any online order from £500.
All orders will be delivered on working days.
Please note:
* working days are defined as Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
* we can only accept orders for delivery to the UK mainland.
* delivery takes place Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm
* please ensure that someone is in to sign for the delivery, or have the parcel delivered to a neighbour or to a work place.
Delivery lead times vary according to product availability.

Right to cancel, Returns and Refunds.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the date you ordered.
If for any reason you cancel all or part of your order after this period, other than fault on behalf of glass-tables-etc.com, you will be charged 50% of the cancelled item(s). This sum will be payable by you within 7 days of the item(s) becoming available for delivery. We apologise for this charge, but it is necessary to offset our handling/clearance costs.
If you wish to cancel your order within this period please call our Call Centre to arrange the return of the item(s) and email us at returns@glass-tables-etc.com with your order number, name and address.
In the event that you cancel an order before the items have been despatched to you, we will give you a full refund of any monies paid within ten days of receipt of notification from you that you wish to cancel your order. In the event that you cancel an order after the items have been despatched to you we will refund the value of the items to you within ten days of your having returned the items to us in an unused re-saleable condition.
If the goods do not fit into your property and the order is subsequently cancelled by yourself, then a 50% cancellation fee will be charged (clearance/handling costs). It is your responsibility to ensure that goods will fit into your property. Dimensions of the items of furniture ordered are available on request.
Furniture goods are specially ordered and to your specification, consequently once contractual delivery has taken place, refunds or exchanges will only be available if goods are of unsatisfactory quality.
Please not that your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have. Terms & Conditions

General Terms and Conditions
1.Acceptance of Terms.
These terms and conditions apply to all users of the Site including casual browsers. 2. Contract Forming Process.
In placing an order on glass-tables-etc.com by clicking on 'confirm' you are making an offer to purchase the goods listed in the order at the price stated in the order. Glass-tables-etc.com reserves the right to accept or decline this offer. If the offer is accepted (and the contract concluded) you will either be sent an email to confirm that the goods have been despatched to your stated delivery address, or contacted by phone/email to arrange a delivery date for your goods. The contents of your shopping basket can be viewed and edited at any time during the purchasing process. Prior to submission of your order any personal details - for instance billing address, credit card number - can be edited by returning to the checkout screen by clicking on the text link in the top left hand side of the screen. If you wish to correct any input errors after submitting your order this can be done so by emailing orders@glass-tables-etc.com with details of your name, order number, postcode and any changes required. 3. Availability.
We endeavour to indicate if an item is unavailable for any reason. In the event that you order an item which we subsequently discover is unavailable, we will contact you and let you know when we anticipate that the item will become available. You can then decide whether to continue with your order, cancel your order (in which case we will refund any monies paid by you), or place an order for an alternative item.

When you order any items from us you will need to provide us with your name, address, e-mail address and credit card details. We will use these details in accordance with our privacy policy.
You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself whenever you order any items from us. 6.Pricing.
All prices are stated in pounds sterling. Prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Site was incorrect for any reason we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfil your order at this price. 7.Payment.
You may pay for your order in any of the following ways:
(a) online by using most major Credit and Debit cards.
If payment is made by a credit, charge or debit card, the transaction will be handled by Worldpay a devision of The Royal Bank Of Scotland
Please note that the total payable by all customers, regardless of the method of payment(whether cash, cheque or payment card), will be the same. 8. Acceptance of delivery.

If delivery fails due to your not making provisions if you are not available to take delievery, glass-tables-etc.com will charge for a repeat delivery.
If any of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall remain fully enforceable. No waiver by us of any term shall be deemed to be continuing or shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term.
These terms and conditions will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. ACCESS TO AND FROM WEBSITE
